The Challenge
Mapaii began as an Amazon-only brand, but despite investing in ads and maintaining inventory in Amazon warehouses, sales were stagnant. With just 20 sales out of 1,000 stocked backpacks in a year, the company faced high ad costs, expensive storage fees, and limited brand control. The founder needed a way to recover, reduce losses, and create a sustainable sales channel outside of Amazon.
Our Approach
Digital Haus stepped in to reposition Mapaii as a direct-to-consumer brand. We designed and developed a modern eCommerce website with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce, giving the company ownership of its digital storefront. At the same time, we launched targeted social media campaigns to reach parents, highlighting the product’s unique features. We also built out an SEO strategy to rank for relevant parenting and baby gear searches, while creating original photography to strengthen both website visuals and ad performance.
